Packaging and Shipping Costs
Shipping for all artwork within the Continential Brazil is R$70.00. All paintings are shipped unframed. All packing, shipping and insurance is paid by the purchaser. We use the safest and quickest method of shipment.

We use Brazilian Postal Service and others. Customer can make special request for shipping. Prior arrangements must be made. Packages are shipped to arrive within 20 days when shipped from and to locations within the Continental Brazil.

Multiple orders are packaged and shipped separately.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. For international shipping, please contact us for rates. Purchaser is responsible for custom and duty fees when you pick up packages. Shipping rates will be calculated individually. Purchaser must contact Darton x by email for specific rates.

Orders Shipped From Brazil.
Paintings that originate from Brazil. are shipped domestically and internationally. Paintings will be shipped within 5 days of payment and shipped to arrive in 10 to 25 days.

Orders Shipped From Brazil or Other Countries
Paintings that originate from outside Brazil. are shipped within the country and internationally.

Paintings will be shipped within 5 days of payment and shipped to arrive 10 to 25 days from shipment date.

Return Policy
We take precautions to package items properly, but accidents may occur. If a product arrives damaged you may return the painting in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. If the mistake is ours we will cover return mailing costs. Return items should be returned insured. Once we receive the package your costs will be returned through the system you used for the payment.

If the product is not to Purchaser’s satisfaction, Purchaser can return the product in its original condition within 10 days (or 25 if international) to the original shipping location whose location will be given to you by Darton x gallery. We will refund the full amount less the shipping fees.

Items Not Received
Be sure to indicate the correct mailing address when you are filing out your order form. Darton x gallery is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you do not receive your order please contact Darton x gallery for further instructions.

Important Note: Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service Center.
